Pitti Uomo is a quite important motivation for someone who is interesting in menswear to visit Florence at least twice a year. But this historical and beautiful city has a lot more reasons to offer. One of the most important is that one of the living legends in menswear tailoring has his tailoring house there and it’s a must seen house for all the sartorial aficionados.
I had the luck to be among these people who have visited that beautiful tailoring house, but mostly because I had the honour to meet Mr Antonio Liverano himself.
However, one visit or one talk with him is never enough and thank God for UK residents Mr Antonio Liverano was invited in November 2021 to the Drakes shop for a trunk show.
Of course, without any second though, I grabbed the chance and was there first to admire Liverano & Liverano’s brand, but most of all to sit down once again with this great man and hear from his timeless and wise words that should be a guiding light to all of us.
Mr Antonio Liverano doesn’t need an introduction.
